Edit Distance Program

You can either upload a file from your localhost, or you can copy and paste a sequence into the form. Uploaded files must be in PLAIN TEXT format, without Fasta headers, and without newlines. It is not recommended to upload files larger than 2MB.
You may obtain the software and run the program locally for large files.

The following are parameters for the tandem repeat finding program. The default parameters are:
Maximum number of errors: 10, minimum length of a repeat: 20, minimum period size: 1, maximum period size: 500.
